Elegant Liverpool City Wedding - Veronica & Alexander
The lovely Veronica and Alexander tied the knot at Liverpool Church and followed their celebration with an entertaining, metallic reception at Oh Me Oh My wedding venue. When the couple informed us about the venue, as Liverpool wedding photographers, we were ecstatic to photograph their city wedding as the place offers unbelievably beautiful backdrops!
What made Veronica & Alexander's city wedding so special was how it reflected their story and personalities. We loved the strong focus on family, their personality, meaningful details on the stationary, and modern yet minimalistic styling. In fact, everything about it was meaningful, including Veronica's parents, who had flown from Australia to celebrate their daughter's new beginnings! Their happiness was so sweet and heartfelt! It was a lovely celebration with a relaxed vibe and a fun atmosphere, so we’d love to tell you more about it.
The day began with Veronica and her bridesmaids getting ready. These girls made us feel right at home, and we knew from the start that it would be a fun day! We captured several getting-ready shots with their wedding parties before heading for their church ceremony.
Veronica was delighted that, finally, she could walk down the aisle to marry her one and only. She looked surreal and gorgeous in her beautiful gown, while Alexander complimented her with his stylish and sharp attire. The wedding ceremony was marvellous, featuring the most heartfelt vows, and we feel happy that our photos could reflect that ambience.
One of our favourite moments from the day was when we captured their wedding day portraits in the gardens. We tend to keep couple portraits as natural and relaxed as possible – it is all about that candid feel! We also took a couple of group shots with all the family members and friends at St. Georges Hall, Liverpool. The pictures just turned out to be amazing and beautiful!
Followed by a memorable ceremony in the Church, we, along with the couple, headed for a fantastic reception hosted at Oh Me Oh My wedding venue. It's a secret spot near the Liverpool waterfront. The roof terrace at the Oh Me Oh MY has fantastic views, and we loved capturing the sunset and every other aspect of this beautiful city wedding. Veronica and Alexander were incredibly relaxed and greeted all of their guests once we arrived at the reception.
All the guests were keen not to miss the delicious food provided by the staff at Oh Me Oh My. The amazing atmosphere that the venue provided set the perfect tone for the whole experience for everyone present! The night ended with guests crowding the dance floor after watching Veronica & Alexandar enjoying their first dance together. We loved that their celebration was filled with all the feels, dancing, emotional toasts, cake-cutting delight, and memorable and fun speeches! What a lovely way to rejoice and cheer for the couple's happiness forever!
